We made a spontaneous decision to try Trade Winds tonight. I have to say we were not disappointed! My partner had what he called the best moussaka he’s ever eaten and I had a spiritual moment over a chicken souvlaki! Two home made desserts finished off an incredible experience. And we would have been happy with just a tub of their home made hummas and a pile of pitta! All the staff were just lush. Helpful polite and friendly. We’ll definitely be back to explore the menu more! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Visited last night with friends for only the second time as I’m a new resident in Teignmouth. Food was magnificent the service even better. Staff literally can’t do enough for you in there and they make you feel incredibly. Will return many many times and will highly recommend.

As a family of 4 we had lunch on (Good) Friday and found the experience fantastic. The service was excellent and we felt very welcomed by the owner, friendly staff. The food was incredible, very generous portions but so tasty and piping hot. Would recommend without question - our best meal on our holiday to Devon !

Oh my goodness what a fantastic restaurant, Nik (can you guess who he is from my photos) is a brilliant front of house host, his wife is one of the chefs in the kitchen where they cook the most delicious home cooked food with really big portions especially the spag bol and chicken curry. The service and atmosphere is brilliant we felt like we had been out to a restaurant with entertainment on. Would be ideal to celebrate a birthday here but you must book in advance.

Absolute stunning meal today from these guys, the filet steak melted in the mouth and was very tasty, Their Sunday Roast Takeaway is awesome too, Nick the owner always makes you feel welcome. Great place.

We were recommended to try this restaurant. I called in through the day to ask if very well behaved dogs and partners were allowed. The dog sat under the table with no-one having knowledge that she was there. (Win win when on holiday), partner did get a chair and a beer! Service and food absolutely fantastic. Well recommended to visit. We had a small starter, main with a side order (not needed) ending with two very full bellies. Meat moussaka and the Veg moussaka. Tasting just perfect. Thank you

Utterly phenomenal! The food was delicious, high quality and loads of it! The salad came with the most delicious olives, the lamb.was tender and juicy,.the cauliflower cheese fantastic. Also recommend the duck and the sea bass. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was a very high quality service. Best restaurant in Teignmouth. The portions are huge, absolutely massive. It is often fully booked so try and book ahead if you can as you are unlikely to get a table on the night without booking.
